New Beginnings

Today is the first day of spring. I know that resolutions are usually made at New Years but I have a few I would like to make right now. I am going to try to do the following:
1. Focus on the present
2. Not to concentrate on things which are out of my control
3. Look for happiness

Spring resolutions. I like that. One of my favorite quotes is “Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles, it empties today of its strength”. Miss you!

Concentrating on our own attitudes about worrisome or devastating things over which we have or had no control seems to be the only thing over which we have some real control. Your spring resolution is a wonderful beginning. Now you can struggle like the rest of us in making it happen! I love you, Ellen
